Por que es que en la actualidad, si se supone que vivimos en un mundo totalmente globalizado y con leyes y normas que apoyan la igualdad de genero, sera que seguimos haciendo distinciones entre el hombre y la mujer?
What a question, I think that we still have an old culture that make us believe that women still have to stay at home, taking care of their children and man needs to work for their families. But over the years we have struggled to create laws that support women and to respect the equality between the genders, so they can have the same opportunities and that does not happen in inequality and in major global cities, there may be more in small towns or rural areas where there is no global culture and people still cling to their traditions.
In my opinion in your question is that there are still many people who have thoughts of another time, and that women can´t or should not do certain jobs. Is not given the same opportunity given to a man by the kind of thinking with which they lived. Where women are unable to do work that anyone can do.
This is the kind of questions we really should answer if we proclaim ourselves civilizated people. In my very personal point of view i think this marked distinction is an everyday subject. but once we understand the different things that cause this we got to answer a new question that says: What can we do about this? and i think the answer is in the continuous society demand of rights that regulate this.
Salim at the moment i consider that we still having some differences of genre,we are in disparity , however, we work for eradicate and looking for equity.This occurs in higher or lower grades depends of the culture and the education, those are the main factors that cause this problem continue playing.
